The Templar seal and the depiction of the crusader knight reflect the artistry of the Middle Ages and the symbolism of spiritual strength.

SCUTUM DEI

The Mystical Reverse Side – Scutum Dei

The reverse of the coin depicts the Scutum Dei, the ‘Shield of God’—an ancient system of spiritual protection traditionally interpreted as the armor of the soul.

The concentric circles, the pentagram-like geometric network, and the surrounding Latin inscriptions together evoke the world of Templar theurgy.

The raised metal surfaces and the red inlay-embedded motifs create a blend of mysticism and modernity. The letters S, P, and F refer to the key concepts of faith, protection, and spirit—for a Templar knight, the greatest armor was faith itself.

The inscription running along the edge—SCUTUM DEI – 10 BESANT DE IERVSALEM—refers to the medieval monetary culture of the Holy Land and the financial power of the Order. Thus, the coin stands as both a spiritual seal of strong protection, infused with Templar magic, and a historical relic.
