1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period.


2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Any certificate of authenticity included with the product is returned intact

  • The return request is submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of collectible and numismatic products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Items missing original packaging or certificate of authenticity

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are refundable only if required by EU law


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible in accordance with EU consumer law.


8. EU Warehouse & Customs

All orders are shipped from within the European Union.
There are no customs duties or import taxes for EU customers.
